This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Contentrue. It forms part of the Terms of Service. You are responsible for everything created, scheduled or published through your workspace, including by your team members and by people you give approval links to.
1. You must not
- Send spam or abuse the networks. Do not post repetitive, unsolicited or mass-produced content intended to game algorithms, create fake engagement, run networks of fake or coordinated inauthentic accounts, or evade platform limits or enforcement.
- Deceive. Do not publish content that is false or misleading in a way likely to cause harm: fake news, fake reviews, false endorsements, scams, phishing, misleading health, financial or political claims, or hidden advertising that breaks advertising rules (for example failing to mark paid partnerships).
- Create deepfakes of real people. Do not generate or publish synthetic images, video or audio that depict or imitate a real, identifiable person, including their face or voice, without their clear permission, or that could mislead people into thinking a real person said or did something. No sexualised or intimate synthetic imagery of any real person.
- Infringe rights. Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity or other rights. Use only music, fonts, images and brand assets you have the right to use. Do not instruct the Service to copy a living artist's work or someone else's brand.
- Publish illegal or harmful content. This includes child sexual abuse material (we will report it), terrorism or violent extremism, incitement to hatred or violence, harassment, threats, content that glorifies self-harm, illegal goods or services, and content that exploits or endangers children.
- Break platform rules. Do not use the Service in a way that violates the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, the X Developer Agreement and Rules, or any other platform's terms, or any law that applies to you.
- Attack or misuse the Service. Do not probe, scan or test our systems without permission, bypass limits or credits, share or resell access, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, introduce malware, or use it to build a competing product.
- Misuse personal data. Do not upload personal data you have no right to use, or use the Service for surveillance, profiling or automated decisions about individuals.
2. AI-specific rules
- Review all AI output before approving it; do not publish unchecked claims about people, products, health, finance or safety.
- Do not try to bypass safety systems of the Service or of our AI providers, and do not use the Service to generate content those providers prohibit under their usage policies.
- Follow the disclosure rules that apply to synthetic media; see our AI Transparency note.
3. What we may do
We may review reported or suspicious content, remove it, block generation or publishing, disconnect an account, suspend or terminate a workspace, cooperate with platforms and law enforcement, and report unlawful content to the authorities. Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you what we did and why. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to immediate termination without refund.
4. Reporting a problem
To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, or a security issue, email hello@contentrue.com with enough detail for us to investigate.
