What is a credit?
Credits pay for the AI work behind your content. One credit is roughly one US cent of what the AI providers charge us, so you can see exactly what each image, caption or voice-over costs.
A typical three-scene carousel plus a reel comes to about 35 credits. Our built-in Turkish voices and video rendering are free, so a reel narrated in Turkish costs only its images and copy.
Your monthly credits renew with each billing period and do not roll over. Credit packs never expire. A started generation is never cut off halfway if your balance runs slightly negative.
Pricing questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in the app whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade from the billing portal. Stripe prorates the change.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Scheduled posts keep publishing. To create more, buy a pack or wait for your next monthly refill.
Do you charge VAT?
Headline prices exclude VAT. UK customers pay 20% UK VAT, shown under each plan. For other countries VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address. Businesses with a valid VAT ID can enter it, and VAT may be reverse-charged where the law allows.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards and the other methods Stripe offers in your country. We never see or store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are a consumer you have a 14-day cancellation right on new subscriptions, subject to the terms in our refund policy. Credits already used cannot be refunded.
