This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Contentrue website and app, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). We only use strictly necessary cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, which is why you see a notice and not a consent form.

2. Local storage
- When you dismiss the cookie notice we store a small flag (
contentrue_notice_dismissed) in your browser's local storage so we do not show it again. - The app also uses your browser's local storage for interface preferences, such as dismissed tips and keeping your language in sync. These stay on your device.
3. Third parties
When you go to Stripe to pay or manage billing, or sign in with Google, or connect Instagram or X, you leave our site and those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control them.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the app will not work without the session and security cookies. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future (for example analytics), we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
